We cover defects in our repair work and replaced parts or components. Desktop and laptop repairs have a 1-year warranty; board-level repairs 6 months, eligible TechRestore Certified mobile parts have a Limited Lifetime Warranty; Apple Genuine Parts repairs have a 90-day Apple warranty; and replacement batteries have a 1-year warranty.
Our repair warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, such as cracked screens, drops, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover lost data, software, personal files, or other indirect losses.
New damage after a repair is generally not covered by our standard warranty, including drops, cracks, liquid, or misuse. If you have TRAC, certain accidental damage may be covered under your protection plan.
No. Liquid damage is not covered by our standard repair warranty. If your device is exposed to liquid after the repair, the existing warranty may be void because liquid can affect internal components and cause additional problems.
Our warranty does not cover work performed by another repair provider. If someone else opens, modifies, or repairs your device after we service it, the warranty may no longer apply.
Our warranty covers the repair we performed and the parts involved in that repair. If your device develops a separate or unrelated problem, it may not be covered under the original warranty and may require a new diagnosis.
Yes. Warranty service needs to be handled through us and, where applicable, the original service location. If you cannot visit us, contact our team first for instructions before shipping your device.
If we determine that your issue qualifies for warranty coverage, we may redo the repair, repair or replace the defective part, or refund the applicable service cost, depending on the warranty terms for your repair.
No automatic warranty restart is specified in our current public warranty terms. Your original warranty period continues according to the coverage that applied to your repair unless we provide different terms for your specific service.
Yes. Manufacturer warranties follow the manufacturer’s own terms and coverage rules. When we are an authorized service provider for a manufacturer, we can handle eligible warranty repairs according to that manufacturer’s requirements.
If your Lenovo is still under its manufacturer warranty, we can handle eligible Lenovo warranty repairs through our authorized service process.
The customer is responsible for the shipping or delivery costs when returning a device to us for a warranty claim. Our warranty page specifically states that customers must return the device to the original service location at their own expense.
