Happy Monday!
Today we simplified the MacBook hard drive upgrades and replacement service, as well as added a couple of new options.
First, we have eliminated a number of drives that are no longer in demand and we now have three options for standard drive replacements. The BYOD (bring your own drive) service gives you the option of purchasing your own drive and having us handle the installation and data transfer. The other two services include the drive itself, removal of your old drive, installation of the new drive and data transfer if applicable. If we are not able to transfer the data from your old drive, we will install a fresh version of the MacOS onto the new hard drive. Here’s the new options:
Customer Provided Drive Install and Data Transfer: $149
500 Gigabyte drive replacement service: $179
1 Terabyte drive replacement service: $219
Two new options for you that include Solid State Drives (SSD) are:
500 Gigabyte SSD Drive with Installation and Data Transfer: $279
1 Terabyte SSD Drive with Installation and Data Transfer: $379
Adding a Solid State Drive to your older MacBook or MacBook Pro is one of the best ways to speed up your Mac!
