On Friday Owen, Repair Technician, returned my call concerning an email I submitted regarding a unique request for a Sony FX1 Video Camera needing Repair. He admitted that they weren't in that repair business, but he welcomed the challenge so I decided to Drive to Louisville to try to get it fixed. Once in Louisville, Owen was off on Monday but Travis welcomed me over the phone. When arrived Travis busy, but Jeff was welcoming, discussing some ideas for repair and started a ticket, when I admitted Andy's TV said they would look at it Overnight Monday and DID FIX IT but I felt compelled to tell them how appreciative I am for the TECH RESTORE Service Team in Welcoming my business with their Positive Attitude!
