⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from TechRestore and Jeff I highly recommend TechRestore and, in particular, their owner Jeff, for going far beyond what I expected to help restore my Mac. I originally took my Mac to the Apple Store because it would no longer charge. Apple ran their diagnostics and told me that multiple internal boards were malfunctioning. Based on their diagnosis, I was advised that the Mac would need to be replaced because the cost of repairing it would exceed the value of the computer. Before purchasing a new Mac, I decided to have TechRestore perform an independent diagnostic evaluation. Jeff performed the same diagnostics that Apple had performed and initially received the same internal board malfunction error. However, rather than stopping there, He wasn’t satisfied with that analysis.  Jeff explained that there were additional diagnostic tests available that Apple had not run. He took the extra step of performing those additional diagnostics, and remarkably, the additional testing cleared the error. My Mac is now running again and, so far, is functioning normally. What impressed me most was not simply that TechRestore was able to get my Mac working again—it was the extra effort and thoroughness that Jeff demonstrated. He could have simply confirmed Apple's diagnosis and told me the same thing Apple had: replace the computer. Instead, he investigated further and found another diagnostic path that ultimately saved my Mac. Even more impressive, TechRestore performed all of the diagnostics and testing at NO CHARGE. That level of professionalism, technical knowledge, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile is exceptional. Jeff potentially saved me from having to purchase an entirely new computer simply because the initial diagnosis indicated that my existing Mac was beyond economical repair. Jeff and everyone at TechRestore have my highest recommendation. If you have a Mac, or other computer problem, I strongly encourage you to get an independent evaluation from TechRestore before assuming that your computer needs to be replaced. TechRestore is a wonderful place to get your computer (etc.) fixed or to buy devices that have been refurbished for great prices. They will diagnose your broken / malfunctioning device and let you know what's wrong with it before you spend a penny! And all of the team members are patient and kind--even with Luddites like me. My brother went to store to buy laptop and when he came home he told me about how great their service was and how nice yazaan was when he spoke to him over the phone and in person. Its really nice Laptop!!!
