What does this iBook include?
We include the system itself, the factory battery and an AC adapter.

Do you include manuals and system discs?
Manuals and discs are not included. Manuals can be downloaded from apple.com/support.

What software is installed on the system?
We restore the factory software back onto each system we sell. 500 & 600Mhz systems include Mac OS 9.2.2, 700Mhz and faster G3 systems include Mac OS 9.2.2 & 10.2.8. G4 iBooks include Mac OS 10.3. For a complete list of software that is included, checkout our handy-dandy Software Page here.

What condition is the system in and what does Restored mean?
We return these products to as close as possible to their factory specifications. This includes replacing any parts that have failed, restoring factory software, cleaning the units and insuring that they function correctly. What if I buy a system and I just don't like it?
Not a problem. We're interested in your long term business, not just one sale. If you buy something that you don't like, just return it within 30 days for a no questions asked refund, less any shipping charges. For more information about our liberal return policy, please read our main FAQ here.

If I return something, is there a restocking fee?
No way! We hate those too.
