Door to Door or Self-Ship

If you'd rather order via phone, we're available M-F from 8AM-5PM Pacific Time at 1-888-572-7372. Once we receive your Laptop, we will repair your power plug within 72-hours and then send your laptop back to you via Overnight courier. You have the choice of having us pickup your Laptop at your door for an additional $99, or you can send it in via your preferred method and we'll include overnight return delivery for just $29 when your laptop repair is complete.

If you select the Overnight Pickup Option below, once you schedule your repair, we will dispatch a RestoreBox to your location in the continental U.S. via overnight courier (home, office, school, you name it) to pickup your Laptop for a return overnight trip back to TechRestore. We will receive your system the following day (M-F), perform your repair service and then send your Laptop back to you overnight!

If you don't need the door-to-door pickup service or you are one of our International customers, select the Self Ship Option below, package your Laptop up and send it our way. Once received, we will perform your repair and then send your Laptop back to you via overnight courier. For the Self Ship Option, please print your Shipping Label here and include your order number on the outside of your box.

Please note that some power plugs may not be repairable or may require additional parts to perform the repair that can increase the repair cost. Most common laptop power plugs are repaired for the $199 price. We will contact you prior to performing any work should your repair need additional parts or service.
