- A Tier 3 recovery requires a complete disassembly of your drive in a Class 100 Clean Room environment.

It's simple, our prices are based in reality and we're on your side.

Once we evaluate your drive, we'll contact you to get your approval before we do anything that you'll have to pay for. If we cannot recover your data, there is no charge for our service. The only fee is a nominal return shipping fee of $19 if you send your device to us yourself, or $49 if you use our door-to-door overnight courier service to handle the roundtrip pickup and delivery of your device.
